Day 5

Breakfast: Oatmeal waffles! (I froze the extra so I can have a quick, easy breakfast a few more days this week, and that way I limited myself to a single serving today.)

Recipe:
3 cups oatmeal (pulse until fine in a food processor) *can use gluten-free rolled oats
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (Chobani is my favorite) 
1 cup milk *soy milk can be substituted
2 tbsp olive oil 
1 tbsp agave nectar (or honey) 
1 tsp vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes to thicken then place on waffle iron until cooked. Yumm!!

Oatmeal flour - 3 cups of oatmeal ground finely in a food processor 
Fruit syrup: strawberries, blueberries, and pomegranate juice blended together
