Day 2

After a morning run with my puppy, I made a bowl of oatmeal with ground flaxseed, a bit of honey, and fresh blueberries.

Lunch: Lean beef with pepperjack cheese and raspberry chipotle sauce and a side of veggies: avocado, red/green/orange peppers, and mushrooms with a little sea salt. 


Dinner: Gluten-free non-dairy corn bread with homemade Italian wedding soup (~320 calories per 1 cup serving).
